NMAT (NMIMS Management Aptitude Test) by GMAC, the aptitude exam conducted on behalf of NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) started on
10th October 2022 and goes on till
19th December 2022. This is a unique test, as students have to answer a question before moving to the next question and answered questions cannot be reviewed or revisited. Also students can choose the sequence of the sections.NMAT is an adaptive test and the level of difficulty of questions increases as the test progresses. The scores are made available at the end of the test, which help students decide on the future course of action.
Candidates can make a maximum of three attempts (either at the test center or as an online proctored at home test), however NMIMS considers only the scores from the first attempt and other institutes consider scores from the second and the third attempts. You can view the list of institutes accepting NMAT scores at
Mockat Info Zone
Registrations for the second and third attempts can be made between
11th October 2022 and
16th December 2022.
The NMAT 2021 cut off for NMIMS Mumbai was
232 and the sectional cut off for each of the three sections were in
70s.
Students who have taken NMAT 2022 as of
30th November 2022 feel that the exam was on the tougher side. So we can expect a slight drop in cut off this year. NMIMS would release the cut off by the
1st week of February 2023.
