Mockat Solutions Private Limited is providing the content, images and graphics, videos, audio, products and services (interchangeably used here) under the brand name Mockat on this website and any associated app. By using these products, including any products that are available for free, you are bound by the following “Terms of Use.”

Please read all the Terms carefully before accessing the website or using our Products:

Agreement – by being on this website, you represent to Mockat Solutions Private Limited (herein represented or referred to as “Mockat”, “we”, “us” or “our”) that you have perused these Terms carefully and are able and willing to be fully compliant to them. If you do not agree to the Agreement, you may not use our website or our Products and Services. You consent to receive communication, including agreements and other communications, at the email address you have provided. You agree that these electronic notices satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

You agree that you are overage (based on regulations of your own country as well as India) to utilise our services.

Should some part of our Terms not be valid due to legal or other considerations, the remaining terms and conditions would still be valid and applicable.

Amendment – we may make changes to these Terms from time to time. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms. By continuing to use our Content, Products and Services on this website, you are deemed to be in agreement with the amended terms.

App – some of our content may be available in an app. If you use our app, or our product through other apps, you are bound by the rules of our app, associated apps if any and your mobile platform. You may grant certain permissions to us for your device and/or accounts by downloading the app. Most mobile device platforms provide additional information regarding these permissions and how to change your permission settings. You also agree to automatic download and installation of newer versions, changes and software upgrades, if any.

Billing – when you provide billing or payment information, you confirm and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to the payment information. You agree to keep your billing information current for upcoming charges, if any. We reserve the right to utilise third party payment services or intermediaries. Payment information (such as card details) are encrypted by the billing intermediaries. We have scrupulous standards for selecting these partners, who adhere to requisite standards. You agree to be careful while entering these details and avoid using unencrypted transmission, shared network or devices or allowing anyone to view your payment details.

You are aware that you will not have access to our paid products if your payment does not go through, or if you cancel or dispute any charge on a debit or credit card. You are aware that initiating a payment and then disputing the charge is not permissible.

We reserve the right to cancel your access by refunding or cancelling your payment if we find that you have used unauthorised payment information or purchased our product with illegal or unauthorised intention, including but not restricted to copyright and malware (please read Terms on Copyright, Fair Practice and Subscription) below.

Branding – you can use Mockat's brandname, logo, content and any other products and services provided for your personal use only. Any affiliations, commercial use, share on your platform or any associate platform can be initiated only with our express permission.

Communication – you agree to receive communication made by us electronically, or available on the website, sent through SMS, Whatsapp or other messaging apps to your registered email ID or mobile number (as updated by you). Such communication including agreements, details and disclosures, promotional offers and any other communication sent using these modes should be taken as official written communication. We recommend that you check the sender details to ensure that the communication is sent by us, and not by malicious third-parties.

Connectivity – our content, products and services are delivered to you electronically through the internet. There may be connectivity issues or downtimes based on your carrier, mobile network, internet service provider or device used. Data transfer will also depend on your network providers' terms, speed, data charges, roaming charges and any other rates and fees. Please review the services you have enabled with your data provider and ensure that you have the required services to access our data. Please also make sure that your device meets the minimum requirements to access our products and services.

We are not responsible for any lack of functionality or failure to provide any part of the product, or any loss of content or data that is due to your equipment, devices, operating system or internet connection; or your failure to comply with specified compatibility requirements.

Copyright – any content, Products and Services and product (please refer to the Product section for details) available on this website are protected to the fullest extent by Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (as well as the IT Act of 2000), including those provided for free. You agree to use these on our website only. You will not copy, download, duplicate, reuse or resell these; bypass, circumvent or disable any content protection; reproduce, share, distribute, broadcast or transmit these to others; save or upload in any other website or device; edit, modify, reuse or remove any parts of these; share with others or permit unauthorised access; use the Mockat brandnames and/or logo for any unauthorised partnership; or otherwise edit or damage these or permit another person or entity to access, monitor or copy, any element using a spider, scraper, robot or other automated means or manual process without our express written permission. You will not duplicate this material by removing our copyright, branding images or any other image or text; nor will you falsely add any copyright, image, text, trademark or other information to the content.

Any attempt to perform any of the restricted actions listed above is a violation of our rights and can lead to immediate suspension or even termination of your account, and legal action based on the severity of the actions.

We reproduce materials based on Indian Copyright Act, 1952 and with the Information Technology Act of 2000. We undertake to examine your claim on a good faith basis.

Fair practice – you agree to use our website, app (if any) and products fairly. You are aware that your registration or subscription is only for you, as a single user. You undertake to restrict access to our products and not disclose our content and proprietary material without our express written permission. You cannot distribute, reuse, reproduce, modify and reuse content on our website. You agree to not share or post our content without our express written permission. We have the right to cancel or suspend your membership or access to our products if we find that you have violated the terms of this agreement, copyright law or any other law.

If you have visited our website, app or any other platform based on the review or recommendation of a third party, you should validate these Terms as well as our offering, content, pricing and any other details independently. We are not responsible for incorrect information shared by other users, affiliates, erstwhile staff or any other party not currently working with Mockat. You agree that any such activity traced to your user credentials can lead to immediate suspension, termination or legal action.
