IIM-K has launched 4 new certifications for Business Management, Strategic Management, Marketing Strategy and Product Management in partnership with Coursera. They have also launched a certification in HR management and analytics in partnership with Upgrad.

Each program is between 6-8 months (the HR certification is a 5-month course). The courses provide interactive learning modules, including synchronous and asynchronous sessions with IIM Kozhikode faculty. The asynchronous learning makes it convenient for working professionals to complete the programs.

The programs are designed for mid-level professionals. The minimum requirement for the HR certification is 2 years of work-experience. There is no work-experience requirement for the other certifications but a graduate degree is required.
