The IIM Kozhikode stage 1 shortlist for the CAT 2022 exam, has been released and all the candidates that cleared minimum requirements will have received an email regarding the same. This email is however not a call for an interview. A separate form has to be filled and submitted for the WAT/PI by 10^th January, 2023.

Registration for PI and WAT
To fill up the form for the personal interview (PI) and written ability test (WAT), candidates must access this link, also available in the email sent by IIM Kozhikode. Candidates must log in with the CAT registration ID in the official website. The documents required for completing this registration will be class X and XII mark sheets, undergraduate and postgraduate certificates (if applicable) and work experience related documents (if applicable).

Stage II Shortlisting
Composite scores or the aggregate index score will be calculated using each candidate’s CAT 2022 Index Score, Class X Percentage, Class XII Percentage, and Gender/Academic Diversity, and Work Experience. The score computation for WAT/PI are listed below:
• CAT 2022 Index Score - 45%
• Class X Percentage - 25%
• Class XII Percentage - 15%
• Gender/Academic Diversity - 10%
• Work Experience - 5%

Final Selection
For the final score computation, both the PI and WAT scores will be considered. A breakup of the Final Score Computation is given below:
• CAT 2022 Index Score - 35%
• PI (Personal Interview) - 35%
• WAT (Written Ability Test) - 20%
• Resume - 10%

The Resume Score will be calculated based on the quality of your undergraduate academic institution, professional qualifications (CA/ICWA/CS), and professional certification (CFA - Level 1, 2, 3).
